They discussed Jordan's recent elections and political reform process as well as the deteriorating situation in Syria and other pressing regional security issues. Leader Cantor expressed his appreciation for Jordan's close relationship with the United States, its contribution to moderation and stability in the region, and its peaceful and constructive relationship with Israel.
